If you want to try it but don't like the look of the marks from stationary cupping, there's dynamic cupping. During this technique, the cups are slowly moved and glided around, stretching and releasing the fascia, which will reduce the marking or possibly not leave any at all.

Your cupping treatment can include some massage techniques on the area that was worked on afterwards.

One of the most important elements of an effective healing path has to do with what you do when you're on your own—your habits of posture and activity.

Remedial Homecare is a one-on-one session that goes through various remedial exercises and home care (that's typically given at the end of a massage treatment) but in much more depth! This includes (but not limited to) personalized stretches, strengthening exercises, and rehabilitative/corrective exercises that are suggested to address your problems and goals, that you can use at home/at your workplace/when exercising/or on the road. Demo-and-do: You get to learn and practice how to use tools like a ball, foam roller, exercise bands, and hydrotherapy applications. You'll also learn about proper breathing and relaxation techniques; correct habitual postural and functional movement patterns, how to utilize your gym equipment for warm-ups and stretching, etc.

Remedial exercises and home care might sound like a daunting practice, but there are many things you can do that are simple, easy, and extremely effective! These are important because they can expedite your healing process and empower you to take care of your own body.

! Please come wearing comfortable clothes that allows movement such as stretchy pants or shorts and a comfortable t-shirt or tank top !
